国际金融组织对发展中国家金融自由化的影响

对国际金融组织在发展中国家金融自由化进程以及金融危机处理过程中的作用进行考察和分析后 ,笔者剖析了国际货币基金和世界银行这两大国际金融机构的政策演变过程和经济理念 ,并对这两大国际金融机构在发展中国家经济增长和金融发展中的作用进行了初步评估。

As quasi-state worldwide organizations, international financial organizations play an important role in the financial liberalization and anti-crises of developing countries. This paper tries to analyze the policy orientation and economic philosophy of International Monetary Fund and the World Bank, and discusses their positive and negative effects on the process of financial liberalization and financial crises management.
