摘要
将嵌入式技术引入测试系统设计,实现系统的小型化是测试系统设计的必然趋势。本文以嵌入式Linux和ARM9系列的S3C2410微处理器芯片为平台,从硬件和软件两个方面,阐述了基于嵌入式技术的设备测试系统的设计和实现过程,并对关键技术做了详细的分析,对实现测试系统的小型化和设备的随行保障有一定的现实意义。
It s a certain trend that importing embedded technology into testing system design and realizing the miniaturization of the system. On the platform of embedded linux and S3C2410 microprocessor, the paper introduces the process of designing and executing the equipment testing system at the view of hardware and software, and detailedly analyses the key technologies. The methods and technologies discussing in the paper is helpful to miniaturization of testing systems and accompanied support of equipments.
