针对移动运营市场业务办理手段单一、效率低下的现状,设计并实现了基于微软新一代分布式技术WCF(Windows Communication Foundation)的自助缴费系统,此系统实现了24小时自助式业务办理,提高了移动运营商的服务质量。
In view of the inefficient status of the business market for mobile operators,design and implement the APM(Auto Pay Ma-chine) system based on new generation distributed technology WCF(Windows Communication Foundation); it provides 24 hours self-service business-transaction and improve the quality of the service of mobile operators.
