摘要
为充分发挥群体决策的优势和效率,必须综合各决策者的经验、智慧和偏好,特别要着重考虑决策者因个人经验、才智、职位等因素不同而拥有不同权重对决策的影响。为此,本文提出了解决加权群体决策问题的加权意见集中排序法,该方法在各种群体决策裁决模式中具有较强的通用性.进一步采用神经网络技术,实现了基于BP模型的加权意见集中排序法神经网络,使各决策者的权力因素重要程度值分配更科学,并具备自学习功能,确保了群体决策结论的客观性、准确性和科学性。
To fully improve the advance and efficiency of group decision-making,we need integrate every decision-maker’s experi-ence,wisdom and leaning. Furthermore,because decision-makers have different experiences,abilities and positions,they affect the conclusion of group decision-making in a unlike degree,which must be chiefly thought over.
