按照企业技术创新过程测度,建立起我国油田企业技术创新能力评价指标体系;利用群组层次分析法赋予指标权重,实现了群决策的统一性和高效性;应用模糊综合评价方法对我国油田企业技术创新能力进行评价,有效实现了油田企业技术创新能力的排序,为企业进一步提高技术创新水平提供了方向和依据。

According to the enterprise’s technologic innovation process,the evaluation index system of oil field enterprise’s technolog-ic innovation was constructed,and the weights of indexes were given through group analytic hierarchy process,which realized the consistency and efficiency of group decision.
