摘要
为提高锅炉燃烧的热效率,分析了燃烧过程中的给煤量与鼓风量间的关系,提出了依靠炉温的变化信息判断锅炉的运行工况,进而对给煤量、鼓风量进行相应调节,确定最佳的风煤比。给煤量及送风量的动态调节系统的实现采用模糊决策方法,从而减小对系统频繁调节造成的运行振荡,使系统运行性能平稳、自适应性强。
Analyses the relation of offering coal and wind during boiler running for improving the heat efficiency. Expounds the means of adjusting boiler running condition by the message of boiler temperature. Adjusts the amountment of coal and wind,confirms the best pro-portion of coal and wind. Accomplishing the variation adjust system for coal and wind with fuzzy decision can diminish running concussion because of adjusting frequently,insure the system run stability and adapt to transformation easily
