摘要
目的:对明党参Changium smyrnioidesWolff的化学成分进行分离和鉴定。方法:采用硅胶柱层析、sepha-dex LH-20、重结晶等方法,根据理化性质和光谱分析鉴定化合物的结构。结果:从明党参中分离得到10个化合物,分别为:二十四烷酸(lignoceric acid,1)、β-谷甾醇(β-sitosterol,2)、豆甾醇(stigmasterol,3)、5-羟基-8-甲氧基补骨酯素(5-hydroxy-8-methoxypsoralen,4)、单棕榈酸甘油酯(glycerylmonopalmitate,5)、L-焦谷氨酸(L-pyroglutamic acid,6)、琥珀酸(succinic acid,7)、香草酸-4-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(vanillic acid-4-O-β-D-glucopyranoside,8)、香草酸(vanillic acid,9)、胡萝卜苷(daucosterol,10)。结论:化合物1、4、5、6、8和9为首次从明党参中分离得到。
