摘要
目的:研究九节菖蒲的化学成分。方法:对九节菖蒲乙醇提取物的正丁醇萃取部分进行色谱分离,根据光谱数据和理化性质确定各化合物的结构。结果:分离并鉴定了6个化合物,分别为:升麻醇木糖苷(1),升麻醇-3-O-β-D-吡喃木糖(1→3)-β-D-吡喃木糖苷(2),(+)异落叶松脂醇-9-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(3),腺苷(4),尿苷(5),β-D-葡萄糖甲醇苷(6)。结论:6个化合物均为首次从本属植物中分离得到。
