摘要
目的:通过对不同炮制时间5-羟甲基糠醛含量变化规律的考察,为黄精的炮制工艺及质量标准研究奠定基础。方法:超声提取法获得供试品溶液,HPLC法测定其含量;色谱条件:分析柱Agilent HC-C18柱(5μm,250mm×4.6 mm),甲醇-水(15∶85)为流动相,流速为1 ml/min,检测波长为284 nm。结果:黄精不同炮制品中都检测出5-羟甲基糠醛,蒸制30 h内含量基本稳定,但受热30 h以后含量急剧上升,继续加热含量下降。结论:该结果能够为黄精质量控制和饮片加工与规范化炮制提供参考数据。
