摘要
目的:研究复叶耳蕨根茎的化学成分。方法:采用硅胶、C18反相硅胶、Sephadex LH-20凝胶等色谱技术分离纯化,根据理化性质和光谱技术鉴定化合物结构。结果:分离得到8个酚类成分,分别为:绵马素-BB(Ⅰ)、4-甲基-2丁酰基-3、5-二羟基苯酚(Ⅱ)、圣草素(Ⅲ)、表儿茶素(Ⅳ)、原花青素B2(Ⅴ)、芒花苷(Ⅵ)、北美圣草素-7-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖醛酸苷(Ⅶ)、木犀草素-4′-ο-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(Ⅷ)。结论:化合物Ⅱ~Ⅷ均为首次从该种植物中分离得到。
