摘要
目的:对不同提取方法所得的白术挥发油成分进行比较研究。找出一种更利于白术挥发油提取的方法。方法:采用GC-MS对水蒸气蒸馏法、超声波溶剂提取法和超临界CO2萃取法所得白术挥发油成分进行分析。结果:水蒸气蒸馏法挥发油得率为1.01%,共有18个峰鉴定15个;超声波提取法得率为1.60%,分离得24个峰鉴定20个;超临界CO2萃取法挥发油得率为2.32%,共得49个峰鉴定37个。挥发油中以苍术酮(Atractylon)含量最高,3种方法所得挥发油的已鉴定峰中有12个共有成分。结论:3种不同提取方法所得的白术挥发油成分存在差异但也有共同特征,超临界CO2萃取法提取白术挥发油得率更高,成分更加全面。
