摘要
目的:测定不同生长年限和采收期甘草样品总皂苷和总黄酮含量,了解栽培甘草皂苷和黄酮类成分的动态变化。方法:采用紫外-可见光分光光度法测定总皂苷和总黄酮含量。结果:内蒙杭锦旗和甘肃酒泉不同栽培年限两种成分含量变化趋势基本一致,均在3年生达到最高而后随生长年限增高而含量下降;总皂苷含量8月较高,而总黄酮含量5月和10月较高;两种成分在茎中含量比根部高。结论:三年生栽培甘草总皂苷和总黄酮含量较高,可作为采收加工的依据。
Objective:Determining and comparing the saponins and flavonoids contents in Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fisch to know the dynamic variation.Methods: The contents were determined by ultraviolet spectrolhotometry.Results:Two contents had basically the same change cultivated in Gansu and Inner Mongolia.Conclusion:The plant 3-year cultivated has the highest content.Having high content of Saponins in August and flavonoids in May and October which can be used as the basis for harvesting and processing.
