摘要
目的:分析不同产地干燥方法对禹白芷中挥发性成分的影响。方法:采用水蒸气蒸馏法从不同加工干燥方法的禹白芷中提取挥发性成分,用毛细管气相色谱-质谱法对化学成分进行鉴定,用面积归一化法测定其相对百分含量。结果:共鉴定37种化合物,不同加工干燥方法处理的禹白芷挥发性成分差异比较大,烘干、晒干、微波干燥比较相似,硫熏和发汗干燥对挥发性成分影响比较大。结论:硫熏、发汗干燥均对禹白芷药材的挥发性成分有较大的影响,不适于在产地加工中使用。
