摘要
在1 850℃、恒温1.5 h、真空碳管炉氩气保护条件下研究了烧结助剂Al2O3-Y2O3对B4C/B-Al复合材料烧结性能的影响。研究表明:Al2O3-Y2O3的加入能有效改善B4C/B-Al复合材料的物理力学性能,与未加入烧结助剂试样相比,其体积密度平均提高26.94%,气孔率平均降低32.1%,抗压强度平均提高85.81%。同时指出,在本试验条件下加入单质B、Al发生原位反应生成硼铝化合物并不能促进B4C材料的烧结,而且随着B、Al含量的增加,B4C材料的力学性能逐渐降低。
The influences of sintering aids Al2O3-Y2O3on sintering performance of B4C/B-Al composites were studied in vacuum carbon tube furnace under argon atmosphere at 1 850 ℃ holding 1.5 h.The results indicated that physical mechanical properties of B4C/B-Al composites are improved through adding Al2O3-Y2O3.Comparing to samples without sintering aids the volume density of the samples increase 26.94%,porosity decreases 32.1%,and compression increases 85.81% averagely.At the same time it was pointed out that the sin...
