摘要
以Darcy定律为渗透率系数测定的基本原理,自行设计实验装置和模具,分别考虑2种恒定注射压力和2种纤维体积含量(或空隙率),采用并行测量规程对树脂在多层玻璃纤维短切毡中的一维面内流动的过程进行了监测。分别采用传统的数据处理方法和内插值法对实验数据进行处理,并对2种不同方法得到的渗透率的结果进行了分析比较。
The permeability of fiber performs is the most important parameter in the study of the liquid composites modeling(LCM),it must be ascertained accurately.In this paper the Darcy's law was used as the fundamentals to determine the permeability of fiber performs,and an experiment installation was designed.The installation was designed base on condition of two different inject pressure and tow different fiber volumes(or porosity).The processes of the planar unidirectional liquid flatting between the multilayer ...
