介绍了全自动电加热炊具监控系统的硬软件的设计开发过程。针对传统炊事器具存在的不足和诸多安全隐患,提出合理的解决方案。然后,以AT89C52单片机为核心,采用嵌入式系统的设计方法与计算机测控技术,实现了全方位、多层次的安全监测和控制体系,形成了一套全自动电加热炊具设计的实用方法。
