摘要 通过试验研究了TSA环境中水泥基材料腐蚀过程物相,利用傅立叶红外光谱(FTIR)、X射线衍射分析(XRD)和综合热分析的结合,定性和半定量分析了物相变化,探讨了TSA环境中水泥基材料破坏的研究方法。结果表明,5℃环境温度下,掺35%石灰石粉的P.II型硅酸盐水泥净浆试件浸泡在SO42-质量浓度33 800 g/L的MgSO4侵蚀溶液15周后,试件从表面到内部约2 mm厚度层内,水泥石疏松,呈现层状剥落现象;在0—1 mm深度层和1—2 mm深度层内有碳硫硅酸钙生成,其中0—1 mm深度层内碳硫硅酸钙的相对含量高于钙钒石,小于石膏。 Damage of cement-based material in TSA condition was researched through laboratory testing.Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR) was used in erosion substance qualitative analysis of cement-based material in TSA condition.And X-ray diffraction(XRD) in combination with integrated thermal analysis was used in erosion substance semi-quantitative analysis.Results showed that damage region about 2 mm deep from the surface of type P.II Portland cement samples with 35% w/w limestone powder was observed suf...
