高职院校军训工作现状及对策探析

高职院校开展军训工作,对加强国防教育、开展素质教育等具有重要意义。当前的高职院校军训工作在内容、方法、制度等方面存在一些比较突出的问题。这些问题的解决需要军队和院校双方共同努力,重点在于完善训练管理、内容、方法、宣传教育及军训成果巩固等。

Military training of the higher vocational colleges is of great improtance for strengthening national defense education and carrying out quality education.Some problems exist in the training contents,methods and management mechanism and so on at present.Vocational colleges and the military should endeavor jointly to solve these problems,and put emphasis on improving the training management,contents,methods,propaganda and consolidation,etc.
