摘要
自20世纪80年代以来,我国在高等教育成本增长的同时,政府对高等教育的投资能力却下降,致使高等教育出现财政危机。为了解决这一危机,我国逐步推行并建立了高等教育成本分担制度,使高校财政状况得到了很大改善。但与此同时,我国大学的学费飞速增长,已经引起了很大的社会争议,不利于和谐社会的构建。
Since 1980's,with the Chinese higher education cost growing and the investment ability of Chinese government to higher education descending,Chinese higher education suffers financial crisis.In order to solve such crisis,Chinese government promotes the policy of shared cost,which makes the financial conditions in Chinese higher education get better.However,this policy has negative effects.
