The responsibility education is the process to influence the main body in an organized,planned way so as to make them fulfill some kind of contract or moral responsibility.Responsibility education is the core and foundation of students' ideological and moral education,the inherent request to students' healthy development,and the measures and penetration point to improve moral education effects.Reinforcing responsibility education plays an important role in quality education of college students.
