高职院校“双证融通”人才培养模式研究

Study of Implementing Dual-certificate Integration in Higher Vocational Institute

"双证融通"人才培养模式是指通过学历证书与职业资格证书这两类证书内涵的衔接与对应,实现学历教育与职业资格培训的融通,使学生既具备劳动力市场所需的能力和资格,又具有为适应生活和职业的变化不断地更新和充实自己的能力与知识。本文分析了"双证融通"模式的优越性,指出了目前存在的问题,提出了在高职教育中实施"双证融通"的途径及保障措施。

The education pattern of dual-certificate integration is to integrate the education of academic credentials and the training of vocational qualifications with the link-up and corresponding of the contents of academic and vocational credentials.The thesis analyzes the advantage of dual-certificate integration,points out the present problem,and raises the key to implement the education pattern of dual-certificate integration in higher vocational institute.
