光电直读光谱法同时测定铝合金中的杂质元素

DIRECT READING SPECTROMETRIC DETERMINATION OF ALLOYS AND IMPURITY ELEMENTS IN ALLUMINIUM ALLOYS

介绍了用ARL MA型光电直读光谱仪对铝合金中的合金及杂质元素进行同时测定的方法, 通过采用高能火花光源、使用高纯氩及增加氩气流量,可消除共存元素的干扰,分析数据的精密度和准确度可以满足化学分析的要求,RSD小于3.27%,从而大大地缩短了分析周期,提高了工作效率。

Using ARL-MA type direct reading spectrometric analyzer, at the same time,analysis alloys and impurity elements in aluminium alloys.High purity Argon and increased Argon flow, other elements interference were effectively eliminated,or coreected.The accuracy and precision of the data could meet the requirements for chemical analysis. RSD s(n=11) found were less than 3.27%,highly cut down the analysis cycle,improve the working efficient.
