本文结合我校高职导游专业的教学,围绕导游职业教育的培养特点,探索导游讲解能力培养的方法和途径,把讲解能力培养体系分解为理论课程辅助型训练、实践课模拟型训练、岗位实习强化型训练、第二课堂拓展型训练等模块。

the paper, on the basis of tourist guide specialty of Beijing City University in the vocational education and in line with its educational characteristics, explores ways of culturing students' explaining abilities, making the teaching into four parts, that is, the training with the theory course as supplementary, the training in the experience as a kind of course, the training in practical job, and the training beyond class room as a extending course.
