要获得健康长寿,应该从健康的生活方式着手。本文对戒烟和限量饮酒、合理的膳食营养、适量的体育锻炼等方面进行了阐述,并对如何参加体育锻炼做了具体的说明。
Sound and health life style is the way to good health and long life. The paper elaborates upon no-smoking, limited drink, appropriate diet, and physical exercise. And it also makes concrete details in taking part of physical exercise.
