从北京看城市建设发展

Beijing and City Development

本文以发展的角度看待北京的改造与建设问题,指出扬弃是建设和发展的必然形式。作者以城市生活环境的变化为例,回顾近百年的发展,认为发展仍然是主线索,要考虑现实生活的需要和现实。北京需要保护,但是必须变化,不能成为凝固的博物馆。

From the development point of view, the paper takes that developing useful and discarding useless is inevitable forms in the reformation and the reconstruction. In view of the changes within the last hundred year, and based on the examples such as Beijing environmental changes, the author point out that Beijing city must develop and must satisfy the real need. Beijing need protection, but had to change. Beijing should not become a fixed museum.
