摘要
用变容二极管制作了可调Metamaterial,基于微波网络理论,推导了这种新型复合材料的色散方程。在实验测量的基础上,分析了禁带宽度和深度与电容之间的关系。实验发现:禁带的宽度既不是随着电容的增大而增大,也不是随着电容的增大而减小,而是与二极管电容对匹配点的偏离有关,当其电容大小等于匹配电容时,偏离为零,禁带消失,电容偏离匹配点的数值越大,禁带越宽,同时也越深。理论分析表明,当二极管电容与匹配电容相等时,微波反射为零,因此禁带消失。
A new design of metamaterials of one dimension periodic structure is presented in this paper.Based on Long Theory,the dispersive equation of the structure is given out.The S-parameter of one-dimensional periodic structure was measured and discussed.The experiment shows that the width of band-gap didn't increased with the lumped capacitance but the difference value with the match-capacitance.The more the difference the greater the band-gap.The band-gap disappeared when the diode capacitances equal the match-...
