摘要
"妍"作为艺术术语和审美范畴的出现和使用自晋代始,其内涵是外在的形式的秀丽、精美、和婉,与媸相对,又有纯美完美之意。晋代是书法史上的高峰。王羲之传世作品《兰亭序》无论整体还是细节都体现了"妍"的风格。兰亭之妍与王羲之的师承有关,更重要的是受惠于地域特征,文风转变和社会风气。《兰亭序》纯美完美的艺术成就,则与晋代对艺术的自觉追求有关。
