垄断是现代社会中重要的经济问题之一,另一种重要的垄断———法律的垄断并未引起人们的重视。法律的垄断侧重于对法律的利用、控制和操纵;法律垄断集团包括立法者、执法者、司法者、律师,甚至包括法学家;法律的垄断的表现形式包括权力的垄断、沟通机制的垄断、话语权的垄断、社会形象的垄断等。

It is well known that monopoly is an important issue in economic,but it is also presented in law that has not been realized by people.Monopoly in law emphasizes what use and manipulate the law by such subjects as legislator,executors,judicature,lawyers and jurists,which appears in the forms of power monopoly,communication mechansim monopoly,power to discourse monopoly, and social image monopoly,etc.The issue of monopoly in law should be take seriously for it does matter for the construction of rule of law.
