随着世界各国对倾销行为的规制,规避反倾销税的行为日益增多。反规避措施作为反倾销措施的补救措施,其重要性日益明显。同时,我国产品受到反规避调查的频率亦有上升趋势。密切关注各国尤其是欧盟和美国的反规避条款的修改,不断补充完善我国的反规避条款,使之与国际惯例接轨,有利于保证我国产业获得公平竞争的机会,维护正常的贸易秩序。
