近年来,随着金融改革的不断深化,黑龙江省金融生态法律环境已经得到了很大的改善。但是,金融生态环境中的一些重要问题还未从法律制度的层面加以解决,将金融与法律相结合,树立“法律至上、依法运作”的观念并指导实践,是当前推进金融法制化的关键所在。

Along with the continuously deepening of financial reform in recent years,the financial legal entironment of our province has already got a very great improvement.But,some important problems in the financial ecosystem haven't yet been taken into resolve from the level of the law system.At present,the keypoint of pushing forward financial legalization is: to combine the finance and law,set up the idea "the law is highest and operate by law" and take it as an instruction for practice.
