Publicity is a basic concept of Habermas′huge theory.In despite of obscurity and conservatism,Habermas offers us a pretty worthiness tool to study the various phenomena of modern democracy and rule by law.This paper systematically discusses the creation,contradiction and transformation of the publicity from some aspects,so we may profoundly grasp its ideological soul.
