关于“一稿多投”现象的思考

"一稿多投"是许多编辑工作者所头疼的问题,但此现象却呈现出屡禁不止、愈演愈烈之势。简单地将责任归于作者或出版单位都是有失偏颇的,只有把二者的利益联系起来、统一起来、紧密地结合起来,对善意和恶意的"一稿多投"进行分化,从体制入手,让"快发"的目的得以实现,让"多发"的目的受到压制,加强编辑和作者之间的交流、沟通,问题才能得以解决。
