大众化高等教育的质量问题是当今社会普遍关注的热点问题,然而高校中却存在着专业师资短缺、财政投入不足、基础设施陈旧落后以及教育质量观念和学校定位的矛盾,解决这些矛盾的有效方法是坚持发展性、多样性与独特性的原则。

The quality of mass higher education has become the public focus.However there are Contradictions such as the absence of professional teachers,the lack of financial input in education,the out-of-date infrastructure,the contradictions on the notion of the education quality and the school s position.The effective measures to resolve these contradictions in our university are upholding the principles of expansibility,variety and uniqueness.
