当代中国尚法理念缺失的文化分析——兼论大学生尚法理念培育的意义

我国尚法理念缺失根源在于农业文明的人治文化模式,当法律难以直接成为信仰的对象时,则必须通过现实社会主体以理性自觉塑造出尚法理念。大学生尚法理念的培育有利于打破这样一种二律悖反:缺乏法治文化模式难以塑造具有尚法理念的法人格体,不具有尚法理念的法人格体难以生成法治文化模式。
