公共场所集中空调通风系统清洗消毒效果评价

Assessment of Cleaning Effect of Central Air Conditioning Ventilation Systems in Public Places

目的评价公共场所集中空调通风系统清洗消毒效果。方法按照卫生部《集中空调通风系统卫生管理办法》(2006)的要求,于2006—2007年对天津市5家公共场所的15组集中空调通风系统清洗前后相关卫生指标进行了检测。结果积尘量、积尘中细菌总数、积尘中真菌总数、送风中细菌总数、送风中真菌总数、送风中可吸入颗粒物中位数分别由清洗消毒前的60.67g/m2、40cfu/m2、14cfu/m2、1074cfu/m3、304cfu/m3、0.09mg/m3下降为0.26g/m2、0cfu/m2、0.2cfu/m2、219cfu/m3、121cfu/m3、0.07mg/m3,合格率分别由之前的20%(3/15),87.8%(36/41),82.9%(34/41),18.3%(11/60),66.7%(40/60),65.7%(23/35)提高为100%(15/15),100%(41/41),100%(41/41),91.7%(55/60),96.7%(58/60),100%(35/35)。送风中溶血性链球菌,冷却水、冷凝水中嗜肺军团菌清洗消毒前合格率分别为100%(39/39),80%(4/5),100%(5/5),清洗消毒后合格率均达100%。结论公共场所集中空调通风系统清洗消毒对改善其卫生质量有明显的效果,使用集中空调的公共场所及其他单位均应定期清洗消毒以保证卫生安全。

Objective To assess the cleaning effect of central air conditioning ventilation systems.
