水中碱性玫瑰精的分光光度测定法 被引量:8

摘要 目的建立水中碱性玫瑰精的分光光度测定方法。方法样品经微孔滤膜过滤,采用分光光度法在553nm处检测。结果碱性玫瑰精线性范围为0.00~10.00mg/L,r为0.9994,平均回收率为82%~88%,RSD=4.3%(n=6),最低检出限为0.05mg/L。结论该方法灵敏度高,重现性和选择性好,易于操作,是检测水中碱性玫瑰精含量有效定量方法。 Objective To develop a method to determine rhodamin B in water. Methods The samples were filtered through the microhole film and were determined by ultraviolet spectrophotometer at 553 nm. Results The linear range was 0.00~10.00 mg/L, r>0.999, the average recovery rates were 82%-88%, and RSD was not more than 4.3%(n=6), the detection limit was 0.05 mg/L. Conclusion The method is rapid, accurate, sensitive and applicable to determination of rhodamin B in water.
