摘要
本文对绞股蓝Gynostemma pentaphyllum(Thunb.)Makino(GP)中的多糖成分进行了分离纯化,得到了两个均一多糖:GPS-2和GPS-3,并对GPS-3进行了纯度分析、分子量测定,结果表明:GPS-3的糖含量为78.10%,分子量为9100Dal。然后在细胞水平研究了这两种多糖对神经细胞谷氨酸损伤的保护作用。结果显示,不同浓度绞股蓝多糖试验组神经细胞损伤有不同程度的减轻,与谷氨酸损伤组相比有显著性差异(P<0.01)。
Gynostemma pentaphyllum (Thunb.)
