摘要
对中华青牛胆(Tinospora sinensis)的化学成分进行研究。从其95%乙醇提取物的乙酸乙酯部位分离得到了6个化合物,根据化合物的理化性质和光谱数据鉴定其结构分别为:反式丁香苷(1)、3′-去甲基-连翘苷(2)、半萜苷(3)、香草醛(4)、胡萝卜苷(5)、β-谷甾醇(6)。以上化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到。
To study the chemical constituents from Tinospora sinensis,this paper aimed at searching for bioactive natural products.Six compounds were isolated from Tinospora sinensis and their structures were identified by means of spectroscopic analysis as:rans-syringin(1),3′-Demethy-phillyrin(2),sesquiterpene glycoside(3),vanillin(4),daucosterol(5),β-sitosterol(6).
