乌头总生物碱贴片抗炎镇痛药效学研究

Pharmacodynamic Study on Anti-inflammation and Pain-relieving Effects of Total Alkaloids Plaster

本文采用蛋清所致大鼠足跖肿胀和小鼠二甲苯所致耳廓肿胀模型研究乌头总生物碱贴片的抗炎作用及化学刺激法和热板法研究乌头总生物碱贴片对小鼠的镇痛作用进行实验。镇痛抗炎实验表明,乌头总生物碱贴片能提高小鼠热板法所致疼痛的痛阈值并减少醋酸所致小鼠扭体反应次数;对二甲苯所致小鼠耳肿胀有明显的抑制作用,能明显减轻蛋清所致的大鼠足跖肿胀。结果表明乌头总生物碱贴片具有明显的抗炎及镇痛作用。

To observe the functions of resisting inflammation and subsiding swelling,which swelling and distention caused to the rat’s feet by egg white,and which caused to the mouse’s auricles by Xylene,the methods of chemical stimulation and hot board were used to observe the function of relieving pain on the mouse.Results indicated that total alkaloids plaster can obviously improve the mouse’s pain threshold caused by hot board and reduce the times of body sprain caused by acetic acid;it can obviously lighten the s...
