摘要
近20年来,地震勘探技术已经成为油气勘探领域最受关注的支柱技术之一,各种解释软件、成图软件不断更新,交互平台及与之相应的数据库功能不断完善。但雄厚的资源条件却导致解释人员对它们的依赖日趋增强,理性思考和风险意识逐渐弱化。文中详细地分析了地震资料蕴藏的风险和解释人员素质的风险,论述了技术方法与解释思路的辩证关系,在此基础上提出三点建议:①强化地震勘探人员自身一体化建设,最大限度地降低解释结果的风险;②加强基本功训练,解剖地震解释技术内涵,提高解释人员素质;③定期或不定期召开地震解释专家论文、论点发布会和辩论会,促进解释人才的成长。
