摘要
在蔗糖或糖品分析中,简纯度是一个重要的被测参数,简纯度的高低是糖品质量的重要标志,因此,提高赤砂糖的简纯度对于提高糖厂的经济效益有很重要的意义。本文研究了重硫氧与复合高分子絮凝剂对复溶赤砂糖简纯度的效果。运用均匀试验和网格优化法得出各因素对糖汁简纯度的影响大小顺序:聚二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵用量>温度>重硫氧用量>聚硅酸硼锌用量>pH值;最佳工艺条件为:重硫氧用量0.15g,聚二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵用量0.6ml,聚硅酸硼锌用量0.12ml,pH值6.5,温度85℃。
