摘要
对近年来国内外对黄芪多糖的提取、化学组成及药理作用的研究进行综述,阐述了黄芪多糖的提取方法,多糖的单糖组成、糖链结构,以及在免疫调节、抗肿瘤和促进机体代谢方面的功能。
Based on the extraction,chemical composition and pharmacological function of Astragalus polysaccha-ride (APS) at home and abroad in the recent years,extraction,monosaccharide composition and chain structure of APS,and functions in the immune regulation,resisting tumour and promotion of the body metabolism were summarized.
