基于耗散结构的装备保障信息化体系研究

Research on the Equipment Support Informationization System Based on Dissipation Structure Theory

从要素体系和指标体系2个方面分析了装备保障信息化体系的组成,指出装备保障信息化体系是一种耗散结构。采用信息化指数对装备保障信息化程度进行定量评价,利用耗散结构理论的基本观点,构建了装备保障信息化体系演化模型。在此基础上,提出了加强体系建设的开放性、注重体系建设的协调性、提高体系建设的预见性、注重体系建设的渐进性等建议。
