摘要
针对军用蓄电池种类繁多、放电设备通用性较差的现状,研制了一种能够适应多种军用蓄电池的通用型放电装置。该装置以改进型Boost电路为主电路,应用PI调节和PWM控制技术实现恒流放电。阐述了放电电阻的优化设计方法,给出了设计准则。解决了被放电蓄电池种类多和反接保护的问题。该装置性能稳定,已应用于军用蓄电池的维护保障体系之中。
Some researches are done on the general battery discharging instrument which can be adapted to most kinds of military batteries.The instrument is based on improved Boost topology,using PI regulation and PWM control technology,it can keep the discharging current stable.Some design criterions to optimize the discharging resistors are given.With stable performance this instrument has been well used in the military equipment support system.
