免钛夹腹腔镜下胆囊部分切除的临床应用

Laparoscopic Subtotal Cholecystectomy without Using Titanium Clips

目的探讨免钛夹腹腔镜下胆囊部分切除术的可行性。方法对48例胆囊三角分离困难者,用穿线结扎法处理胆囊管后行胆囊部分切除术。结果48例顺利完成手术,无中转开腹,无大出血、胆漏等并发症发生。43例随访3个月~3年,平均18个月,无腹痛、发热、黄疸等症状。结论腹腔镜下穿线结扎法处理胆囊管的胆囊部分切除,不使用钛夹,操作简单,结扎可靠,并发症少,对胆囊切除困难者可以使用。

Objective To explore the feasibility of laparoscopic subtotal cholecystectomy without using titanium clips.Methods Laparoscopic subtotal cholecystectomy was performed without using titanium clips on 48 patients,who had serious adhesions at the Calot s triangle.The cystic duct was ligated by silk.Results The operations were completed uneventfully in all the cases without converting to open surgery.No massive hemorrhage or biliary leakage occurred during the operation.The patients were followed up for 3 month...
