摘要
介绍了集涡流探伤、电导率测量和涂层测厚功能于一体的便携式多功能涡流仪的实现原理。利用ANSYS软件进行数值模拟,得出涡流检测线圈阻抗的变化规律。提出用相位分析法来抑制提离效应,并在此基础上,设计研制了基于AT91RM9200处理器的多功能涡流仪的测量系统。实验结果表明,该系统具有很好的推广应用前景。
The basic development principle of portable multifunctional eddy current meter was introduced, which included eddy current testing, measurement for the conductivity of metal material and thickness of cladding.
