摘要
中央翼-外翼连接区域是某型飞机全尺寸疲劳试验需特别关注的部位,其中φ10mm垂直方向对接销钉和孔以及φ12mm水平方向对接螺栓和孔等,或因形状特殊无法使用超声波探伤,或者因不可达而无法应用常规无损检测技术检查。介绍了使用声发射技术对该部位的跟踪监测。利用趋势分析、基于时间、空间的滤波和基于幅度和能量分布等多种信号处理方式,以及多参数综合识别技术,对这些关键部位的状态进行了声发射连续跟踪监测,为保证机体部件疲劳试验的顺利进行起到重要作用。
The central wing and outer panel jointing area was the key structure to be monitored during the full-scale aircraft fatigue test.
