摘要
针对工程中石墨密度检测的难点,提出一种基于CT的石墨密度均匀性检测方法。该方法通过石墨投影数据的重建,对CT切片进行圆区域的平均灰度值统计,求出各切片层的相对密度,并以3σ标准对其评判。实验表明,该方法可以有效地求出石墨制品内部密度的均匀程度,并对其制品密度的疏松或密集处作出准确判断。
The difficulties of graphite density examination technology were introluced. A graphite density uniformity inspection method based on X-Ray industry computed tomography(ICT) was proposeed.
