摘要
采用H1Cr24Ni13型奥氏体不锈钢焊丝和钨极氩弧焊(TIG)方法对不锈钢覆层厚度为0.5 mm的0Cr18Ni9/20 g异种钢复合钢板进行了对接焊,并应用光学显微镜、能谱(EDS)、线扫描以及扫描电镜等方法对焊接接头组织进行了研究。结果表明:用TIG方法及相应的工艺参数焊接0Cr18Ni9/20 g复合钢板,可以保证覆层金属具有所需的成分和组织。
Welded joint of 0Cr18Ni9/20 g dissimilar clad sheet steel with 0.5 mm composite layer of stainless steel was prepared by the use of tungsten inert gas arc welding(TIG)processing and type H1Cr24Ni13 austenitic stainless steel welding wire.Studies on the welded joint were made by means of optical metaloscopy,energy dispersive spectrum(EDS) and SEM analysis.The results indicate that the welded joint of 0Cr18Ni9/20 g clad sheet steel can meet the demands for tensile strength and corrosion-resistance properties ...
