用滚压振动磨制备纳米氧化锌及其对甲基橙的光降解性能 被引量:3

摘要 采用滚压振动磨通过两种途径制备了纳米氧化锌,一种是在干法室温条件下直接将纯度为99%的普通商业氧化锌制备成纳米氧化锌,另一种同样是在干法室温条件下,首先利用滚压振动磨将金属锌制备成为尺度为3~5 nm的锌量子点,然后将其水解,得到纳米氧化锌(副产物为氢气)。同时,研究了所得纳米氧化锌对甲基橙的光催化降解性能。结果表明:对于商业氧化锌,滚压振动11 h得到的粒径最小,形貌和尺度分布也最均匀,平均粒径为60 nm;当催化剂的用量为50mg时,甲基橙的降解率最高;由锌量子点水解得到的纳米氧化锌对甲基橙的光催化性能远远优于直接加工11 h的试样,降解率达到97.91%;而在同样的降解率条件下,前者具有更好的分散性。 For the purpose of photocatalytic decomposition of organic dyes,the roller vibration milling was used to prepare ZnO nanostructures by two different ways: the one was to reduce directly the particle size of ZnO powders bought from the market to nanoscale in dry mode at room temperature,and the other was first to manufacture Zn quantum dots of 3-5 nm by the vibration milling under the same conditions,and then turned to ZnO particles by hydrolyzing Zn.The photocatalytic performance in degrading methyl orange ...
